Virtual Customer Service Agent

I promised all of my readers that I would post updated information about any kind of legitimate work at home positions out there. It is becoming one of the hottest trends out there, that is alowing stay at home moms or basically anyone to earn a nice income working at home. This position is called virtual customer service agent. There are some companies that utilize the skills and expertise of individuals who have some prior customer service experience. Some of these companies are also willing to train you to do these jobs. This is a home based customer service job. The only thing that you would be doing for these companies is answering your phone and accepting their inbound calls for their company. All interested parties must have a ground line phone to even be considered. These jobs can be acquired by just calling up existing companies and simply asking if they need any help accepting phone calls. Some of the companies that hire virtual customer service assistants are, Walgreens,J crew and 1800 flowers. They usually start off paying their home based customer service workers $7 an hour, but the rate of pay can go all the way up to $15 an hour. Most of these companies are flexible with the work hours, but the minimum is at least 20 hours a week. Wow, this sounds like a great excuse for us to talk on the phone all day.
