Disabled citizens usually find it the most difficult to find work. Even though most employers have equal opportunity signs posted at their desks they generally do not accommodate disabled people. They usaully just tell them that the position has been filled or that they just are not eligible for hire at this time, because they do not have a wheelchair ramp to accommodate them. This is one of the reasons why disabled people have been looking into working at home. They are not seen by potential employers and do not have to be made to be ashamed of their current situation. It is wonderful to know that there is a company out there that is willing to utilize the talents and skills of people who can be very efficient.
