I promised all of you guys that I would let you know what I was doing about my weight and any progress that I have made with it. So far, I have lost about 10 pounds. I am not even on a weight loss program or anything as yet. The plan is for me to start an Herbalife weight loss program and to work out at Curves fitness center. I haven't been able to start either plan as yet. I haven't been feeling very well for the past couple of days. The weight has been coming off due to the fact that I cut out one meal a day and added more water consumption throughout the day. Drinking the extra water curbs my appetite, and so most of the time I have to remind myself that I haven't had any food to eat in a while, and that I need to eat something. I definitely do not want to starve myself. Starving will only deplete my energy and deprive my body of the nutrients that it needs. The best thing that I can do to lose weight safely is to eat more smaller meals and keep drinking water. I have also switched back to drinking diet soda. I plan to rid myself of soda all together by the end of the month and only drink Gatorade,crystal light or Kellogg's K protein water. That will help me with my sugar addiction. I have learned that one of the main reasons for my weight gain is due to my constant craving for sugar. These alternative drinks have no sugar in them, yet they taste like they have sugar. I think they taste pretty good and it will be very helpful to my progress. My pants are falling off of my butt big time too. Wish me luck everyone, and I will be sure to give you an update about my progress and hopefully my return to exercise routine in two weeks.
